A 25 year old male presented with dyspnea NYHA class 2 on and off for past 6 months
Physical examination was unremarkable except for an ejection systolic murmur in pulmonary area and a spit s2.
His ECG is given below .What is the probable diagnosis?

ECG is showing left axis deviation (-45 deg) with right ventricular diastolic overload pattern (incomplete RBBB). PR interval is prolonged to 240 msec and S wave notched in lead 2(Somerville sign).
Such an ECG is highly predictive of ostium primum ASD.
